Wedding floristry involves a production and logistics challenge that sits alongside the creative one, and the two need to be managed simultaneously from the first client conversation. A brief that isn’t translated accurately into a costed proposal, a preparation timeline that doesn’t account for the actual volume of work, or a delivery window that hasn’t been tested against venue access constraints — any of these creates pressure on the day that the design work can’t absorb.

You’ll work with:

• Brief interpretation: translating client language and reference images into specific design decisions and accurate stem counts
• Proposal and quote construction: building a wedding quote that is complete, defensible, and commercially sound
• Production and delivery planning: scheduling preparation across multiple days, managing conditioning timing, and coordinating installation within venue constraints
