Evaluation Window: From the date of purchase you have five days to review the program and determine whether it fits your current development needs. This period is for assessing the structure and depth of the content — not for completing the program before requesting a return.

Usage Conditions: Once more than 30% of a program’s content has been accessed it is considered in active use and refund eligibility closes at that point. Completion status and time elapsed since purchase are not factors — the usage threshold is the determining condition.
